Facilitator and Organisation Development Practitioner – Les Éclaireuses, Republic of Congo
Well Grounded’s ecofeminist leadership programme “Les Éclaireuses” aims to strengthen the leadership of women leaders from civil society organizations in the Congo Basin.
The Facilitator and Organisation Development Practitioner – Les Eclaireuses, Republic of Congo will play a central role in implementing the Les Éclaireuses ecofeminist leadership programme in the Republic of Congo.
She will co-facilitate workshops alongside a lead facilitator and provide organisational development support to participating organisations. She will also support Well Grounded’s broader Organisation Development portfolio of work in the Republic of Congo. As Les Eclaireuses is a programme focused on women leaders, and involves the creation of women-only safe spaces, we are seeking a female candidate with strong facilitation skills and a commitment to social and environmental justice for this role.
