We are primarily accountable to them, regardless of how our work with them is financed. Our work with them is based on mutual respect and we ensure that they drive the change process we accompany.

How we choose the CSOs we support

We look for organisations with high impact potential at both local and national levels, mobilising and representing local and indigenous communities’ voices and interests, with a particular emphasis on women’s voices.

Well grounded is proud to have accompanied over 50 CSOs in the Congo Basin and beyond since its inception. Details of this work are under development and will be shared soon.

Well Grounded:

• Supports CSOs in the Congo Basin

• Supports CSOs working on natural resources governance

• Provides tailor made support

• Offers facilitation, training, coaching and mentoring to address priorities that we and our clients identify together

• Offers face to face and online support

• Favours long term support (several years) but can offer shorter term support when appropriate
