Notre \u00e9v\u00e9nement Rainbow, qui s’est tenu \u00e0 Douala, au Cameroun, en janvier, s’est av\u00e9r\u00e9 \u00e0 la fois m\u00e9morable et \u00e9difiant pour nous tous. L’\u00e9v\u00e9nement a rassembl\u00e9 des organisations de la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 civile avec lesquelles nous avons travaill\u00e9 dans le pass\u00e9 et des organisations partenaires du d\u00e9veloppement pour explorer des id\u00e9es et de l’inspiration et pour partager le plan strat\u00e9gique 2023-26 de Well Grounded.<\/span><\/h4>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>

Le travail de Well Grounded vise \u00e0 aider les OSC du Cameroun qui sont engag\u00e9es dans la justice sociale et environnementale \u00e0 acqu\u00e9rir le pouvoir d’influencer la gouvernance des ressources naturelles et de donner aux communaut\u00e9s les moyens de d\u00e9terminer leur propre avenir.<\/p>\n

La visite du world caf\u00e9 a permis aux participants d’en savoir plus sur notre D\u00e9veloppement organisationnel pour les OSC<\/a>, Facilitateurs de changement pour les consultants ind\u00e9pendants(programme Facilitateurs de changement<\/a>), Leadership \u00e9co-f\u00e9ministe<\/a>, Leadership des peuples autochtones<\/a>, Approche bas\u00e9e sur les communaut\u00e9s et les actifs<\/a> (CABA), et Programmes de transformation du pouvoir \u00e0 travers nos espaces de d\u00e9couverte, qui ont \u00e9t\u00e9 anim\u00e9s par une vari\u00e9t\u00e9 de praticiens du d\u00e9veloppement organisationnel et du leadership.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>

Les OSC TFRD, CERAF Nord et ASD – en tant que membres de la cohorte 2017 du programme Facilitators for Change de Well Grounded – ont fait \u00e9tat de progr\u00e8s significatifs en mati\u00e8re de changement organisationnel suite \u00e0 leur engagement dans le programme.<\/p>\n

Des id\u00e9es \u00e9mergentes pour de futures collaborations ont \u00e9t\u00e9 soulign\u00e9es – y compris la fa\u00e7on dont Well Grounded peut aider \u00e0 pr\u00e9parer les organisations \u00e0 acc\u00e9der \u00e0 ses programmes et\/ou \u00e0 en faire la demande.<\/p>\n

L’id\u00e9e d’une collaboration entre les OSC locales et les ONGI au niveau national et\/ou r\u00e9gional pour mettre au point un m\u00e9canisme de soutien \u00e0 multiples facettes – inspir\u00e9 des \u00ab\u00a0approches de soutien aux champions\u00a0\u00bb qui ont \u00e9t\u00e9 test\u00e9es localement – a \u00e9galement \u00e9t\u00e9 discut\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>
