Les OSC int\u00e9ress\u00e9es doivent \u00eatre conscientes du changement positif qu&rsquo;elles cherchent \u00e0 effectuer. Nous aiderons les OSC \u00e0 d\u00e9velopper la confiance n\u00e9cessaire pour mobiliser et utiliser efficacement les ressources en plus de guider et de n\u00e9gocier leurs partenariats avec les acteurs mondiaux du d\u00e9veloppement.<\/span><br \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div><div class=\"fusion-text fusion-text-3\" style=\"--awb-text-transform:none;--awb-margin-top:30px;\"><h6><strong>Mod\u00e8le d&rsquo;affaires<\/strong><\/h6>\n<p>Nous aiderons les OSC \u00e0 r\u00e9fl\u00e9chir et \u00e0 d\u00e9finir le mod\u00e8le commercial le plus appropri\u00e9 qui soutiendra leur travail, permettant \u00e0 l&rsquo;organisation d&rsquo;\u00eatre moins d\u00e9pendante d&rsquo;un type ou d&rsquo;une source de financement, permettant ainsi une plus grande flexibilit\u00e9 et durabilit\u00e9. Nous mettrons en relation les organisations avec d&rsquo;autres OSC qui ont innov\u00e9 dans la fa\u00e7on dont elles financent leurs organisations. Nous encouragerons les OSC \u00e0 \u00eatre plus cr\u00e9atives, en les aidant \u00e0 explorer les possibilit\u00e9s et les potentiels.<\/p>\n<\/div><div class=\"fusion-text fusion-text-4\" style=\"--awb-text-transform:none;--awb-margin-top:30px;\"><h6><strong>Gouvernance<\/strong><\/h6>\n<p>Nous aiderons les organisations \u00e0 remettre en question objectivement leur structure et leur mod\u00e8le de gouvernance, en analysant si le mod\u00e8le de prise de d\u00e9cision et le partage des r\u00f4les et des responsabilit\u00e9s servent l&rsquo;objectif et l&rsquo;efficacit\u00e9 de l&rsquo;organisation. Nous les accompagnerons pour analyser les atouts qu&rsquo;ils apportent aux diff\u00e9rents partenariats. Nous les aiderons \u00e0 d\u00e9finir ce \u00e0 quoi ressemble pour eux une situation gagnant-gagnant et un partenariat \u00e9quilibr\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Nous cr\u00e9erons \u00e9galement des espaces permettant aux OSC et \u00e0 leurs partenaires financiers et techniques de r\u00e9fl\u00e9chir, d&rsquo;analyser et finalement d&rsquo;am\u00e9liorer les partenariats existants.<\/p>\n<\/div><div class=\"fusion-text fusion-text-7\" style=\"--awb-text-transform:none;--awb-margin-top:30px;\"><h6><strong>D\u00e9veloppement ax\u00e9 sur la communaut\u00e9<\/strong><\/h6>\n<p>Nous aiderons les OSC \u00e0 r\u00e9fl\u00e9chir de mani\u00e8re critique \u00e0 la mani\u00e8re dont elles s&rsquo;engagent aupr\u00e8s des communaut\u00e9s qu&rsquo;elles servent et \u00e0 la nature de leurs relations. Nous accompagnerons les OSC dans la r\u00e9flexion sur les raisons de leurs engagements envers leurs communaut\u00e9s locales. Nous exposerons \u00e9galement les OSC aux approches centr\u00e9es sur la communaut\u00e9, en les connectant \u00e0 d&rsquo;autres OSC et\/ou communaut\u00e9s qui emploient cette pratique afin de partager l&rsquo;apprentissage. Nous leur pr\u00e9senterons des outils et des technologies accessibles et disponibles pour les aider \u00e0 atteindre leurs objectifs strat\u00e9giques et \u00e0 am\u00e9liorer le partage d&rsquo;informations au sein de l&rsquo;\u00e9quipe.
