En pr\u00e9paration de la conception de son programme de d\u00e9veloppement du leadership des Peuples Autochtones, Well Grounded souhaite r\u00e9aliser une \u00e9tude pour identifier et comprendre les initiatives qui ont \u00e9t\u00e9 men\u00e9es par d’autres organisations autochtones dans le monde et en particulier en Afrique, afin d’informer son programme et de s’appuyer sur les enseignements que ces organisations\/programmes auraient tir\u00e9s de leurs exp\u00e9riences.<\/p>\n

L’objectif est de documenter les approches, les le\u00e7ons apprises, les th\u00e8mes abord\u00e9s, les d\u00e9fis rencontr\u00e9s et les changements observ\u00e9s dans le leadership des peuples autochtones.<\/p>\n

C’est pourquoi nous recrutons un.e Consultant.e ou un groupe de Consultant.e.s pour mener \u00e0 bien cette \u00e9tude.<\/p>\n
