You can become involved in different ways, and we appreciate all support you can offer:

Be a coach or mentor for an Organisation Development Practitioner

Be a pro-bono coach within the Facilitator for Change programme

Well Grounded organises a year long training of young African consultants to start working in OD with Civil Society Organisations in their country. Part of this programme is to be coached by experienced coaches to discuss specific issues that arise during their training and related OD practice. We work with coaches all over the world and this is an excellent example of exchange between the North and the South.

More information about this programme can be found on the webpage Facilitator for Change. We welcome your involvement.

Be a pro bono coach for young African ODPs who work directly with Civil Society Organisation in the Congo Basin and who need support to develop their intervention strategies.

You are an experienced coach with experience in organisational development.
You can support Well Grounded by providing individual pro-bono mentoring or coaching to African practitioners, you can propose a webinar related to organisation development, leadership, change management You will be contributing to an African initiative on creating change.

Be a (pro bono) coach for leaders of the CSOs we support

With many organisations we work with we include a coaching trajectory for the leaders of the organisations. Without strong leaders, with a vision and mission, change will not happen. Well Grounded are always on the look-out for experienced, mature and French speaking leadership coaches willing and able to take on that role.

Share your experiences to improve our practice

Do you have long term (practical) experience in OD, coaching, leadership development, or change management and you would like to share your knowledge and experiences with us? Please get in contact with us to discuss how you can get involved.

Be a translator of important resources

Many resources that are important for an OD practitioner are written mainly in English and are therefore not easily accessible for ODP in the Congo Basin where French is the main language. If you are able to translate these resources from English to French this would be a great way to support ODPs in having access to imported materials so as to support and improve their practice.
