Doudou Kalala joined the Well Grounded team in March 2014 and is based in Yaoundé, Cameroon. He is an accomplished community development practitioner and youth empowerment programming expert who has lived, worked, and contributed to projects in more than 25 countries. He has developed skills in programme development and management, monitoring and evaluation, community asset mapping and capacity building. His professional focus is Climate Change, Conflict Management, and Community Mobilization for social change and community building from within.
Originally from the Democratic Republic of Congo, Doudou most recently worked with the Jamaica Diaspora Institute and Cuso International as the Programmes Development Coordinator of the Diaspora Youth Connect Project in Kingston, Jamaica.
Doudou holds a first degree in International public law and an MA in Human Security and Peacebuilding from Royal Roads University in British Columbia, Canada.
