Retreat F4C Cohort 2022
The 6-day retreat simultaneously organised in three different locations which are: Goma for participants from Eastern DRC, Kisantu for participants from Western DRC and the Republic of Congo, and Nkolandom for Cameronian participants, was, as F4C participants themselves testified, a great success and a moment of complete immersion into the programme. It also provided participants with a better understanding of facilitation and the role of the facilitator.

Well Grounded’s Organisation Development Practitioner Programme
Since 2010, Well Grounded has been supporting the development of civil society organisations in Africa. Since August 2017, Well Grounded has been training eight consultants through a one-year programme to deepen their skills and transform their approach.
