In an effort to support our clients to address issues of conflict, WG seeks to integrate conflict transformation and negotiation into its organisation development (OD) support to CSOs so that they are able to better manage existing or potential conflicts in their working environments. The consultant will support the WG team to gain a better understanding of conflict and conflict transformation, negotiation and trust building as they apply to civil society organisations in the forest governance and community rights sectors within the Congo Basin. The consultant will also support WG to develop a tailor-made programme for CSOs working in the sector to address issues of conflict. This consultancy is expected to be completed by December 2016.
